A Fluffiness in the Forest / acrylic, gouache on canvas

 I created this image on a sudden inspiration. 

Initially, it seemed too simplistic, and I hesitated to draw it for several days. 

However, the persistent image lingering in my mind was undoubtedly a source of inspiration, and when I finally worked on it, it turned into a remarkable piece that I truly appreciated.

 Against a backdrop of blue-green, something yellow. 

It had a soft, almost petal-like texture, reminiscent of cotton candy.

 As I began to draw, I realized, 'Oh, this is a forest.' 

My beloved wild forest, where the petals of enchantment or surgical precision begin to bloom. 

And it also felt like 'the form of another seed. 

'Aha, I am truly starting anew.'

 갑자기 떠오른 이미지를 작업한 것이다. 

너무 단순해 보여서 며칠 동안 그리기를 주저했는데

계속해서 머릿 속을 맴도는 이미지는 분명 영감을 받아 떠오른 것이라

작업하고 나면 거의 맘에 드는 특별한 작품으로 남았기 때문에

결국 그리게 되었다. 

 푸른 청록 배경의 노란 무엇.

꽃술 같기도 혹은 실타래 사탕 표면 같기도 한 보들보들한 감각.

 막상 그리기 시작하니 '아, 이건 숲 속이구나.'라고 느꼈다.

내가 좋아하는 야생의 숲. 그 숲에서 암술 혹은 수술일 꽃술이 시작을 알리는 느낌.

그리고 이것은 '또 다른 씨앗의 형태'라고도 느꼈다. 

'아, 내가 정말 새로이 시작하는구나.'
