You Must Endure the Coral-coloured Window / acrylic, gouache on paper

 Everyone has their own subjective perspective. 

Our environments, experiences, innate traits, and formed viewpoints all differ, so even when using the same words, we can perceive or interpret them differently. 

Therefore, the message I intend to convey can also be received or interpreted differently.

 In particular, artworks and paintings offer ample room for multiple interpretations. 

As I incorporate my art and its stories here, I realised that people will each perceive things differently.

This insight led me to the intuition that 'I must endure the coral-coloured window.'

 This coral-coloured window represents a filtered perspective. 

Creating art and sharing the stories within it is my profession and also a source of joy for me. 

Despite its small space(as my blog), it reflects and becomes known to others. 

It may also involve handling different perspectives and viewpoints from those who see it. 

 All of this, I believe, is a series of processes that I must allow and embrace.

코랄빛 창문을 견뎌야 한다

 사람은 누구나 자기만의 주관적인 시각을 가진다. 

살아온 환경과 경험, 타고나거나 형성된 관점이 제각기 달라

같은 말을 하더라도 다르게 느끼거나 다르게 받아들일 수 있다. 

그래서 내가 전달하고자 하는 메시지 또한 다르게 받아들여지거나 해석될 수 있다. 

특히나 그림∙작품 등은 더욱 여러 의미로 해석될 여지가 충분하다. 

 내가 생산하는 그림과 그 이야기를 여기에 하나씩 담고 있는데

사람마다 느끼는 건 모두 다르겠구나를 생각하다 보니

이 이미지와 함께 "코랄빛 창문을 견뎌야 한다."는 직관이 떠올랐다.

 이 코랄빛 창문은 필터링된 시각이다. 

그림을 그리고, 그 안에 담긴 작업 이야기를 하는 것은 나의 업이자 스스로를 기쁘게 하는 일인데

작은 공간이지만 이렇게 작품을 비추고 알려지는 것,

또 이를 보는 다른 이들의 관점과 시각을 다루게 될 수도 있는, 이 모두가 일련의 과정이자

내가 허용하고 수용해야 할 것이라는 생각이 들었다.

이건 마치 이 과정 후의 결과같은 느낌으로, 수용 후 조금 더 풍성하고 편안해진 모습이다.
