The Broken Goblet : Getting Oneself Together / water-soluble sticks, acrylic, paper cut-outs

 A ceramic cup with a blue pattern had shattered, yet its pieces have come together to reform the original shape. 

Even though they are already broken fragments, there is a beauty in their synergy as they coexist.

 The shards underwent a restoration, not merely reassembling the broken parts but imbuing them with new meaning.

 Each piece completes the whole when gathered without any omissions and becomes a new artwork.

 파란 문양을 지닌 도자기 잔이 깨졌지만, 그 조각들이 다시 원래 잔의 형태를 이루며 모여 있다. 

이미 깨져 버린 조각인데도 같이하기 때문에 시너지를 내는 아름다움이 있다. 

 파편들은 이 새로운 재탄생을 위해 

하나하나 리터치되는 재창조의 과정을 거쳤다. 

단순히 깨진 부분이 모인 데에서 그치지 않고 

새롭게 의미 지어지는 과정이 있다. 

 각 조각은 빠짐 없이 모임으로서 다시 하나를 완성한다.

그리고 그 자체로 새로운 작품이 된다.
