 The feeling of meticulously cleaning and purifying the emotional energies imprinted on each cell

 Cleaning and purifying is an endless task. Once you think you've cleansed one, other hidden memories emerge. It's like the countless memories and emotions within the many cells in my body waiting to be released.

There are so many corners to face and clean, and sometimes I want to turn away. But in the end, the discomfort is mine. I'm the one paying the price.

 Since they've come up, I can gratefully clean them.

Let's truly clean each cell one by one. 

 각 세포에 각인된 감정 에너지들을 하나 하나 닦고 청소하는 느낌이다.

 정화에는 끝이 없다. 

하나를 정화했다 싶으면 덮여 있던 다른 기억들이 스멀스멀 올라온다.

내 몸 안의 수많은 세포들처럼 수많은 기억들이 있고 그 안에 묶여 있는 수많은 감정들이 그 자리에 그대로 있다, 해소되기 전까지. 

직면하고 청소해야 할 구석이 너무 많아 외면하고도 싶지만 결국 불편한 건 나 자신. 대가를 치르게 되는 건 나다. 

떠올라줬으니 감사히 청소도 할 수 있는 거다. 

그래, 고맙다.
